Event Description
This year Quilting in the Mountains will join with the Sun Peaks Art Festival. Quilts will be on display throughout the village. Quilting in the Mountains will only be hosting the quilt show this year to allow quilters to focus on the Canadian Quilters’ Association (CQA) Quilt BC event in Kamloops this year.

Sun Peaks Quilters will once again participate in THE QUILT: A Breast Cancer Support Project. Sun Peaks Quilters will join the blocks together into quilts to be auctioned off at a fundraiser in the following year. We already have over 60 blocks donated for quilts this year. Anyone interested in donating a block to this great cause can do so by contacting pmiller@sunpeaksresort.com for more information. 2006 Cancer Block Challenge entries are due June 30, 2007.
